What Could The Bumps On Forearms Be?

Hello, i have a problem that first appeared on my forearms. They are small bumps . If i try to pop them all it comes out is a transparent liquid that crystallizes after a while. Some of them have healed but have left a small bump in that place. Now i got them on my face and a few on my legs. Please help!
