What Could The Fleshy Expulsion Which Caused Throat Swelling And Nausea Be?

i have strep. and im on my strep meds just started today. my throat has been feeling like it was extreemely swollen. it was hard to swallow even water. i couldnt eat anyhting for 2 days or well not alot. and i threw up today and this fleshy looking thing came out it was 4 inches long and about 2 inches around. and now my throat feels alot better. its still a little swollen and sore but its not nearly as swollen and im no longer nasaus. what did i throw up? it looked like crab meat it was pinkinsh and cut like meat. GROSSS
