What Could The Forehead Indentation Be?

small indentation in the centre of my forehead, approx one inch below hairline - only noticed it when light was shining on it. I have had three lots of botox in last year, with no problems or side effects. My last lot of botox was 4 months ago .... I dont know if I have had the mark for years or if it has recently appeared - is it serious Thanks
