What Could The Lumps On My Body Be, And Are My Symptoms Of Numbness, Tingling, And Weight Gain Related?

Hi, I have a few questions about some lumps on my body from my scalp to the back of my calf I hit my head twice on the corner of a bathroom cabinet, and a few days after I had a bald spot there along with a very painful lump it s gone now but I still have a bald spot, I also have a large quarter size raised lump on the top of my hand which is restricting the movement of n grasp it sits between two knuckles, I also have a small lump on the palm of my hand what are these lumps I also have numbness tinglin and swelling in my legs feet and ankles n rapidly gaining weight can t lose it no matter what I do
