What Could The Penis Black Spot Be?

Hi, I have noticed a small black dot on my penis while taking a bath recently. I think it might have been there before. I'm not sure because I'm just recently starting to pull my foreskin back to clean (it hurt before so I was kinda "afraid" to pull it) Yeah, I have heard to slowly pull so it, so that was what I did recently, which led to the discovery of the black dot... I have searched it up on the net myself and have gotten a lot of answers such as: it could be a mole, skin cancer related etc... The dot is about a few mm. wide. What do you think it could possibly be and do I need to see a doctor?
