What Could The Penis Shaft Extra Skin Growth Be?

     Hi While I am 21 years old , one day while urinating i saw some extra skin on my inner side of my penis and it is not on forskin but it is on inner par of my penis . I was not sure what it is and since I used to live in remote area where discussing such things are considered taboo so I kept it to myself. Can you make a guess what it can be? Is there any problem that you suspect in it? Regards mayank
