What Could The Red Spots On Face Be?

hi i woke up with a red blotch the size of a quarter on my cheek. it doesnt burn or itch or anything. i used a special face wash last night for dermatitis. the red spot is flat and smooth and looks as if there if a white little center. the whole spot turns why when i run my finger over it. ive been icing it but it doesnt seem to be helping
