I have had a red spot on my cheek (facial) for close to a year. Non palpable, but it is now about the size of a pencil eraser and is turning quite brown. I also noticed that there are a few tiny brown spots within centimeters of the original spot. They may have been there all along but were pink or red so i didn;t notice them because I'm fair skinned and tend to get facial redness occasionally. Should I be concerned. It's like it turned from red to brown almost overnight. Not sure how quickly, but pretty darn quickly because I would have noticed since I remove and apply makeup almost daily. Also , I am 46 yrs old but have never had anything brown on my face before. Is there anyway to send a photo? Also, will this be consulted with a doc who specializes in skin cancer if necessary? I was also tested positive for an an auto-immune illness (ANA?) I think. But have not yet gotten any firm diagnosis on anything.
