What Could The Small Pieces Of Flesh Hanging From My Vaginal Area Be?

I have a piece of pink flesh or a small pipe like flesh hanging from my vaginal hole. It is not only one but two fleshes. One is 1 cm long and the other is I guess 2 cm. I can easily see it when I look to my vaginal hole. I don t know what is it or what it s name is. It will be too embarrassing for me if my boyfriend ask about it. Will you plz tell me what is it. Or if I remove it what will happen?
