What Could The Smell From Penis Be?

Hi, i have a question about a constant smell from my circumcised penis, i have washed it in the shower with hot water and soap and i get a white material under d skin. it hard to describe the smell but it slightly fishy. i have nothing different in my diet. there is no redness,rash or itching.
