What Could The Spot That Seems To Be Growing In Ear Be?

I have a small spot on the inside fold of my upper earlobe. The spot builds a vry flaky skin/mess on it. I can peel it away and a small ooze will seep. Then the next day the flakey skin will have come back. If I leave it alone, it seems to grow bigger. Any idea what this is? It's been this way for several months. And seems to grow back quicker now.
