What Could The Strange Sensation In The Breast Area Be?

I have a strange sensation in my left breast. It cames and goes throught the day. It is not a pins and needle knid of feeling and I do not have any pain. It is on the left side of my nipple and it cames and goes in the same place. This really worries me.
