What Could The White Discharge Underneath The Breast Be?

I had a growth removed under my breast last Wedneday. It was biopsied (no report yet) and the doctor said some thick white stuff came out and it was deep. I had it bandaged until yesterday and today it is filled with the thick white discharge. What could this be?
