What Could Throbbing Pain Around The Eyebrows With A Popping Vein Indicate?

Hi, I often get a throbbing pain around my eyebrows. They are tender to touch and it is wore around my right eyebrow. I also have a vein above my right eyebrow that seems to pop when I touch it and that is where most of my pain is. I also suffer from M.E and I don t know if this could have anything to do with it? Could you please tell me what this is? Thanks
