What Could Throbbing Vaginal Pain With Liquid Discharge Suggest?

Hi,
I have this throbing (more like orgasim feeling & feeling like I have to go to the bathroom) in the lower Vagina & Urethral along with swelling. I don't have it all the time maybe 6-7 times a day. I have not had sex for 7 months, then had sex for a week 2-3 times a day. I didn't have this feeling until a week later after sex. I have a liquid discharge which stayed the same amount. What could this be?
