What Could Tingling In Throat With Breathing Difficulties Suggest?

hello, i have b een to the doctors a few times recently and my health has came back in good shape i have had blood tests and my blood is normal but i have a tickly uncomfortable feeling in my throat which i think is the reason that i struggle to breath the constant struggling to breath is unbearable i also shake a lot and run out of energy quickly it gets worse everyday, what is wrong with me?
