What Could Vaginal Discharge And Bleeding After Bowels Indicate?

I am 27 with a history of PCOS. I have been having vaginal discharge and slight bleeding after bowel movents for the past week. I don't bleed any other time, only after a bowel movement. Im pretty sure it's not my cycle because I don't have them without the help of medicine due to the PCOS. What could this be? Should I be concerned
