What Could Vertical Ridges On Nails With Peeling Suggest?

Hi,For few months the quality of my nails have deteriorated. They are not smooth at all and few of them (including foot) have highly visible Vertical Ridges. What is more worrying is that now the layers are peeling. I am 35 yrs old male and have good health.Please suggest the way forward.
