What Could Warmness With Stuffy Nose And Headache Suggest?

in 14 years old, i ve had a stuffy nose, runny nose, headaches, fatigue, sore throat. i ve been taking medicine and now i tried to go to school today but i just got really over heated and dizzy and the nurse said i didnt have a fever, which sounds almost impossible since i was so overheated. any ideas to what i have? i thought it was flu?
