What Could Weight Gain, Excessive Sweating With Headaches & Backaches Indicate?

I need diagnosis.

A 55 year old woman. significant weight gain and excessive sweating. Her face looks swollen. She
complains of recent weakness, backache and headaches. frequent bruising with slow healing. currently not prescribed any medication, but occasionally takes paracetamol for the headaches.
She was mildly asthmatic as a child but was given the all clear as an adult. frequently using AeroBec® 100 Autohaler® inhaler ‘whenever she feels breathless’ following a ‘bad cold’ and that this has continued over the last 6 months.
Physical Examination
Temperature: 36ºC
Pulse: 68 beats per minute
Respiration: 14 breaths per minute
Blood Pressure: 130/86 mmHg
BMI: 33
FEV1 2.9 L
FVC 4.1 L
The patient’s face is round and her face is swollen, but her arms and legs are thin.
She sounds depressed and has supraclavical fat pads.
Laboratory Tests
Pituitary Gland: Normal,Adrenal size: normal with no tumours
Plasma ACTH: 0.4 pmol/L
Plasma Cortisol
