What Could White Discharge With Painful Legs Suggest?

Hi I am 24 years and 5months old. My height is 5'4 and my weight is 58. My problem is that, I having white discharge since almost 9-10 years now but donot have itching sensation, but i have pain in legs and lower back. Is this something to worry about.
