What Could White Hair Growth In Genital Area Suggest?

Okay last month I shaved my pubic area and As it was growing back I notice this bald spot on it I dont know what it is and also i been noticing like white hairs growing I dont know if its normal or should i go to the doctor please help also like this pimple pop out of nowhere and I dont know what is it, it doesn't hurt but is been there for a while like a week I don't know if I should go to the doctor please help.
