What Could White Spots On Chest Suggest?

I am 19 years old, 5'2 and nothing has really ever been wrong with me. I have this white dot on my chest and then a white circle around it. It does not itch or bother me, and it is not red at all but I do not know if it is something to worry about. What should I do and how should I take care of it?
