What Could White Spots On Clitoral Hood Suggest?

There is a white spot on my clitoral hood. At first I thought it was just a pimple because there was hard white stuff coming out from it. When I woke up this morning it was very raw. I figured that this came from me checking it every five minutes and even trying to 'pop' it at one point. I checked it again tonight and now the area around it is very red and looks like it may be open (like an ulcer). However the 'whitehead' is still there. Any idea what this could be?
