What Could White Spots On Penis With Weakness In TB Patients Indicate?

Sir i was suffering from T.B in 2005. During my treatement when i was taking my medicine during my medicine of 5 months i checked that a white spot comes in my upper part of penis but it already remove after sometime. but after sometime i feel weakness of my penis and standing problems so i want to know that it will happned due to the t.B or its other reaons please help me out
