What Could Yellow Dots On Lips In Elderly Suggest?

hi my mother is 65 years of age & since last 02 years she intermittently develops a small yellow dot inside her lower lip, it suddenly fills up with blood gets to about a 1/2 or 3/4 of an inch balloon & then bursts in 05 minutes, leaving a big flesh wound in the lip. please help ?!
