What Diet And Exercise Help In Reducing The Body Weight?

Hi, I m using Eumosone Clobetasone 0.05% w/w for 12 years. For the begining I started to gain weight. At the end of the 11th year I reached 73kgs. I m 24 years old and 157cms height. I have gained too much weight at the back and my hip size is too big. Still I m using Eumosone once in a day.I have used it almost from head to toe because of posiasis. I m on diet and under simple excersise. What should I do now to reduce my gained weight? Should I stop the ointment immediately?
