What Diet Is To Be Followed While Suffering From PCOS?
I am 16 and I am female. I have PCOS but have been stabilized for about 6 months now. I eat only whole grain high fiber breads, complex carbs and natural sugars. I exercise 3 days a week and get 8 hours of sleep every night. I do not have an especially exhausting lifestyle and I always take my medicine, yet I have been constantly mentally and physically exhausted for about 3 weeks now. I am irritable and anti-social. I am usually a very happy, upbeat person but I have been the exact opposite. Do you think it is just hormones or something else?.
