What Diet Should Be Followed For Pain Around Navel Due To Celiac Axis Stenosis?

I have been diagnosed with Celiac axis stenous. My stomach about the navel hurts all the time. I have never been told if I should be on a special diet. I eat most everything but don t have any problems with food. I haven t lost any weight and Doctor said that was good. Have had endoscophy, CT scans, and ultrasound. Main question is would a diet of some type help pain?
