What Diet Should Be Followed To Bring Down Liver Enzymes?

hi, my SGPT was 2270 units a month ago. My T.billirubin was 2.60 units. I started taking silliver and after a months the SGPT becomes 33 while the T. billirubin is 1.30. still i have little problem in digestion and i have constipation too. Now please tell what should i eat and drink and for how many more days or months? should i continue taking silliver? waiting for your answer thannks
