What Diet To Be Followed When On Doxycycline?

I am taking prescribed Doxycycline pills for my acne, and it says not to take Antacids , Vitamins, Iron or Dairy Products within 2 hours of taking the medication. Does this mean I can eat food in general after I take them, just not supplements? ( Dairy Food I understand I cannot) but Im wondering if any other food is allowed to be consumed.
