What Do 5 Simple Cysts In Cervix Found By Pelvic Test Suggest?

i have done pelvic test, and these were findings, 5 simple cysts in the cervix with the significant one measuring 0.8cm. the uterus appears normal size 6.1x4.5x3.9cm, it is empty. endometrium is equal to 2.28mm with normal limits and both ovaries appear normal. No obvious adnexal mass seen or fluid in POD. Dr i have pain i would love to know is it a serious case?
