What Do I Do About Persistent Back Pain, Itching, And Upper Right Side Pain While On Tenofovir / Lamivudine For Chronic HBV?

Since past 5 years I m a victim of HBV chronic,I have been diagnosed with so many test like LFT, viral load etc, the first time I did viral load the virus is 5017, then I have been prescribed with tenofovir and livolin,for 6 month, actually the drug didn t work for either it worsen the virus to 160,750, by now I m on another drug tenofovir/lamuvidin for about 9 month, the virus is very low, but I can exprience some changes in my body, like mild pain in my back (lower and upper) itching on my stomach,pain in my upper right area, what should I do now?
