Hi Doctor my husband went for an MRI scan because he is complaining of a lower back pain which does not stop.The findings of the MRI are as follow: The distal cord appears intact.Minimal impressions on the thecal sac.Intact vertebral body alignment.The disc spaces are unremarkable.Parasagittal images demostrate minor facet artropathy.No suggestion of lysis.Soft tissue anterior to the vertebral bodies appear unremarkable.Explain what does it mean
