What Do Abdominal Pain With Urge To Pass Stools And Light Pink Tissue In Stools Suggest?

Abdominal pain when feeling like I need to poop. What comes out is a light pink tissue looking substance sometimes alot at one sitting on the toilet. Sometimes it feels slimey when I wipe.This happened to me last year and lasted for about 5 days. Everyday. I never went to get checked due to no insurance. It went away but yesterday wen I went to pooped there were 2 peices of tissue. What could this be. I'm 29, not on any medication, and I do not have anal sex.
