What Do Abnormal ANA And RNP Levels In Blood Indicate?

I have suffered many unexplained illnesses. I have NASH and I am currently experiencing pain in my hip and back. I have been to pt for 13 weeks with no change in motion and my left side is still as weak as it was when I started. My blood work came back with an abnormal ana and a high rnp of 1.4. My dr dismissed it. Should I get a second opinion?
