What Do Areas Of Biting Marks On Stomach And Back Suggest?

Hi! I went to FL 3/8-3/13. When I came back, I had section on stomach and back that looked like I was bitten by something. I thought it was from no seeums, even though I was confused about about being on areas that were covered up, because they love me every time I go to FL. Gone from back, but now I have more bites in another area on stomach. So, I m assuming not bug bites, but what?
