What Do Bilateral Choroid Plexus Cysts In MRI Indicate?

My allergist found bilateral choroid plexus cysts during an MRI of my sinuses etc. I am 62 years old and female. He said not to be concerned, especially because they are bilateral. Can t find info online for adults. Can you refer me to a site? I just want to learn more. Thank you.
