What Do Black Bumps On Fingers Indicate?

I have hand allergy but almost cured .but now I m getting black bumps on my fingers it s not itchy but spreading near by .once used lobate -m cream it disappeared. But again it came in the same place wit 3 dots . What kind of external application I can use
