What Do Blisters On The Buttocks Indicate?

I keep getting these spots on my buttocks that blister, pop, dry. The start out red and with fluid filled bumps. They are dime sized or even quarter sized at times. I don t recall getting these when I was younger. It seems to have started in my fifties and after I made a major move.
