What Do Blood Filled Bumps On Inner Thighs Suggest?

hey I have gotten a few bumps on my inner thighs that swell to the size of golfballs and they always have had pus in them I go to the doctor take Bactrim and they go away but now I have one and it s filled with blood not pus but it is about an inch deep. Any thoughts on what it is?
