What Do Blurred Vision, Headache With Numbness In Arms, Lips And Throat Suggest?

Hi there. I have been experiencing jagged type blurred vision in both eyes that leads to a headache. It has been happening quite a lot lately. I am also getting numbness in my arms lips and inside my throat. Are these related? Thanks kind regards Hayley
