What Do Brown And Red Moles On Skin Indicate?

I'm 46, fair skin woman. I have many brown moles, and lately a few red ones, as well as skin tags, they are all the things my parents also had. Over the last year, I have started getting little dry patches on my arms/legs, that look like scaly light colored moles. Any ideas?
