What Do Brown Spots Under Breasts Indicate?

I started noticing brown spots appearing under the breast area along with a light skin discoloration there. Brown spots along my stomach, back, under my arms and on the inside of them. The only itching I experience is under the arm and under the breast area, where my bra would be. What could it be?}
