What Do Bumps In Inner Thigh And Pubic Region Indicate?

Hi, I am 18 and had the same sex partner for 4 months who just got tested a month ago and his test came up normal. But recently i havent had the best hygiene due to living situations but today in the shower ive noticed bumps that look like pimples on my high inner thigh on my pubic region and on my lower butt and wondering what it could be? I also havent shaved down there but i did and Thats when i noticed them. They didnt itch before but after i shaved over them now they are starting to itch. What could this be?e
