What Do Bumps On Penis Indicate?

I ve was treated twice last week for gonneriah. I was given a shot and four pills each time. Since then, more bumps have popped up on my penis, however my test results came back inconclusive. My girlfriend was tested and came back positive for gonneriah. Is it possible I could still have it?
