What Do Chronic Headache, Dizziness, Nausea With Blurry Vision Suggest?

I have had chronic pain, pressure, head aches in the back of my head for over a week now. It has caused my eyes to be sensitive to light, puke daily from the pressure, dizzy, feel as if my memory is fading. Vision very blured!! I went to the e.r. acted as if migrane. This is not that I assure you. It has not let up in over a wk now. I need sort of direction to deal with this.
