What Do Chronic Microvascular Ischemic White Matter Changes And Cerebral Atrophy Mean?

I'M AN OVERWEIGHT, 62 YEAR OLD FEMALE. I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND HAD SOME HEAD CT'S. THE DOCTOR WAS AN HOSPITALIST , AND DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME. I GOT THE HOSPITAL RECORDS AND DON'T UNDERSTAND SOME OF THE TERMS USED IN THE REPORT. THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS: CHRONIC MICROVASCULAR ISCHEMIC WHITE MATTER CHANGES, MILD WHITE MATTER FOCI, LOW DENSITY AREAS IN THE OCCIPITAL REGIONS, CEREBRAL ATROPHY, LEFT CENTRUM SEMIVALE WHITE MATTER INFARCT. THERE'S MORE BUT I WILL STOP AT THESE.
