What Do Delayed Periods, Nausea, Painful Gas And Diarrhea Suggest?

The stomach bug has been going around my area lately and I thought I got it this past Monday. I puked a few times and was nauseous for a few days. Now I am still dealing with diahhrea and very painful and alot of gas. My bf ha cum on his hand and barley stuck his fingers inside of me. Amd that was on valentines day. My period was suppose to start this past Monday and I haven't had any signs of it yet. It is now Saturday and I'm scared to death
