What Do Delayed Periods With Light Pink Spotting Suggest?

I am 36 days late for my period my last period was November 27 I have taking 4 home test and all negative went to the doctor because I was having some cramping pain on my right side they did a test and came back negative but the doctor did not seem concerned when I told her how late I was, on the 27 of Jan I notice really light pink spots on the toilet paper but nothing since the and still no period what should I do am I pregnant or....
